He gets passionate about coffee after his studies in enogastronomic science at Università di Padova, working with a raw coffee expert active in North Italy.  Thanks to some specialization courses

he acquires a deep knowledge of the matter and with his travels

he establishes relationships with coffee producers and cooperatives

in Central America, Brazil, Africa and South East Asia.

He is the founder of the company.

ALESSANDRO SPIGA

Cum Laude graduate in law studies and Almo Collegio Borromeo alumni, he specializes in taxation and international commerce.

After some travels in America and Asia he gets to know the world

of coffee and gets deeply passionate about the matter. He handles international relationships and the commercial and administrative

side of the society. He speaks fluently Italian and English.
