Blue Batak is sourced from Lintong, at the southern tip of Lake Toba in North Sumatra. Lake Toba is the largest volcanic crater lake in the world. For decades, coffee has been grown around it by the indigenous Batak tribe. With the full traceability of this coffee, it is possible for us to deliver an individual microlot or blend smaller lots into a macrolot which has a highly customized cup profile.
