Miriam Aguiar represents the 5th generation at Fazenda Cachoeira. Almost two decades ago she inspired her family to be among the first producers of organic coffee in Brazil. Today, Miriam continues to represent new pathways to success for women in coffee. The unique traits of this Santos comes from this very passion and perseverance, represented also in the certification that it holds. Our Santos is in fact certified by the International Women’s Coffee Alliance, a project that wants to empower women in the international coffee community to achieve meaningful and sustainable lives.
